About SENSOR

SENSOR is an independent media and review platform for the online-gambling world. We are not a casino and we do not take bets. Our job is to help players cut through marketing noise and find operators that are properly licensed for their country, treat customers fairly, and are genuinely worth their time, and to be completely transparent about how we reach those conclusions and how we make our money.

Our mission

The gambling landscape online is fragmented and loud. Big wins are cherry-picked, bonuses are dressed up to look better than they are, and it is genuinely hard for a player to tell a safe, licensed operator from an offshore one. Our mission is to bring clarity: a single, searchable platform where every recommendation is grounded in real evidence, every listed operator is licensed for the player's market, and safer-gambling information is never more than a click away. If a player leaves SENSOR better informed and better protected than they arrived, we have done our job.

A data-first platform

SENSOR was built as a data platform, and that is what makes our approach different. Alongside hands-on editorial assessment, our recommendation engine analyses real, anonymised signals across the catalogue, such as which content players actually watch, return to and rate, to understand what genuinely engages people rather than what is merely promoted. Those signals inform our rankings and keep them current as behaviour changes. Data never overrides the rules, though: editorial judgement and a hard licensing gate always sit on top, so no signal can ever push an unlicensed or non-compliant operator up the page.

How we review

Every rating follows a documented, repeatable process. We verify licensing first; only then do we assess the operator across the criteria below; and rankings are finally shaped by measurable engagement data. Nothing about that process is for sale. What we assess

Once an operator clears the licensing check, we evaluate it across the areas that matter most to players:

• Safety & fairness: licence standing, identity-verification and payout track record, and independent testing of game fairness.
• Banking: the deposit and withdrawal methods supported, withdrawal speed, limits, and currency support for the market.
• Game library: the breadth and quality of titles and the studios behind them.
• Bonuses & terms: the real value of an offer after wagering requirements and restrictions, not the headline number.
• Player experience: mobile performance, ease of use, and the quality and availability of customer support.
• Responsible-gambling tools: the deposit limits, time-outs, self-exclusion and signposting the operator actually provides.

Licensed operators only

We will not list or link to an operator that is not licensed for the player's market, even when it would be more profitable to do so. Licences are checked against the regulators' own public registers, including the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC), the Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego (DGOJ) in Spain, Spelinspektionen in Sweden, and the Gemeinsame Glücksspielbehörde der Länder (GGL) in Germany, and re-checked over time, because licences can lapse or be revoked. A licensed operator is legally required to verify age and identity, offer responsible-gambling tools, and hold customer funds securely; an unlicensed one is not. Where we have no licensed operator to recommend for a market, we recommend none.

Editorial independence

SENSOR earns a commission when a player signs up with some of the operators we list, and we are open about it. It is how a free, independent platform sustains itself, and every page that carries a commercial link also carries a clear disclaimer. That commission never buys a better rating, a higher ranking or a place on the site. Commercial terms never override the licensing gate or the assessment criteria above, and we downgrade, blacklist or remove operators that stop meeting our standards regardless of the commercial relationship. Our ratings are worth nothing to players if they can be bought, so we do not sell them.

SENSOR is produced by an editorial team of writers and analysts working alongside the data and engineering team that builds our recommendation systems. Editorial content is written and reviewed against the standards set out on our How We Review page before it is published, and we keep commercial and editorial work separate by design.

Accuracy & corrections

Offers, odds, bonus terms and licensing details change constantly, and we work to keep reviews current, but we are not infallible. If you find something out of date or incorrect, please tell us via the contact page. We investigate and correct genuine errors promptly, because a review is only useful if it is accurate.

Responsible gambling

Gambling carries real risk, and we treat that seriously rather than as a footnote. Every page that features an operator or offer shows an 18+ notice and links to the responsible-gambling resources for the player's country, and we never present gambling as a way to make money.
